La tecnología Line Interactive, gracias al sistema AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator), permite una gestión inteligente de la tensión y la batería, alargando su vida: esto se debe a que en un SAI sin AVR, cuando la tensión de entrada sale del umbral preestablecido, la la batería entra en funcionamiento para suministrar energía a las cargas conectadas. AVR, por otro lado, se encarga de devolver el voltaje a los parámetros óptimos incluso cuando ocurren fluctuaciones constantes y sin recurrir inmediatamente a la batería, que se activa solo cuando las fluctuaciones son extremas y no es posible corregirlas.
